Presented proposals on more close collaboration, answering common Euro-integration interests in the framework of EU Strategy for Danube Region (EUSDR) and Three Seas Initiative (3SI) priority areas, were submitted to Presidents of Ukraine & Moldova and reflected in their joint Declaration of 12.01.2021. These initiatives also are conform to last Statements of EU & NATO leaders, concerning common EU-UA-MD border area under the War and systemic Energy, Food, Security and Climate crisis. Elaborations in pilot Euroregion “Upper Prut” for transfrontier Transport, Energy and Digitalization projects, supported by EUSDR & 3SI countries, EU and other international institutions, were commissioned by EU Commission and European Investment Bank on 21.10.2022 to JASPERS for pre-feasibility study of European railway 1435 mm integration Poland, Ukraine, Romania and Moldova. And further cooperation on the basis of joint Geo-Spatial Information Technology basis should provide Sustainable Growth and win-win integration of both countries through concerted projects in Energy and Best Available Technology, Green Deal, and Circular Economy, Security and Territorial Socio-Economic development in common transfrontier river basins of Prut and Dnister/Nistru.
