Vitalii holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from Karazin National University, Kharkiv. Currently, he is a Master’s student pursuing a degree in International Relations from Charles University, Prague. He formerly participated in youth activities, organizing events and public debates, and served as a deputy head of the NGO “Public Diplomacy Platform”. Research interests include political developments in Central and Eastern Europe, geoeconomic interstate contest, state capitalism, and the international political economy in Eurasia.
