In the last days of summer The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung in cooperation with the Scientific Society of KNEU and the Centre for Global Studies “Strategy of XXI” are organizing the seminar dedicated to the issues of the sustainable development.
We invite young politicians, public activists, students, graduate students and professors of economics to participation in the II International summer school “Economic Aspects of Climate Change” which will take place from August 30 to September 2, 2016 in Kiev.
The key speaker – mister Hans-Josef Fell – the author of the Renewable Energy Act (2000) and the member of the German Bundestag (1998-2013)
The program of the seminar will consist of three thematic modules:
Module 1. Essence and the key features of environmental finance
Module 2. Market mechanisms for combating the climate change. From Kyoto to Emission Trading System
Module 3. Ways of improvement of the investment climate of low-carbon economy
