A simultaneous embodiment of EU Candidate status obtained by Ukraine in June 2022 together with partnership in Three Seas Initiative (3SI), where since 2015 are collaborating 12 EU Member States with Strategic Partners: USA, Great Britain, Germany and Japan, was discussed by the International Round Table in Lviv Polytechnic University on the 9 of March 2023. This event has been organized by the Association of Ukrainian Transport Innovation of Ukraine, which’ve provided participation of the Ukrainian delegation in the 3SI Summit in Riga, under the support of the President’s Office, Government and Parliament of Ukraine together with authorities of Lviv Oblast, as well as of Bukovina, Verhovina, Volyn’, Transcarpathian & Odessa Oblasts, which are immediate boundary with 3SI countries.

Initiative of 3 Seas (Baltic, Black and Adriatic) embraces objectives of European and Euro-Atlantic unition both through mutually win-win interests of participated countries and partners, in particular for Transport, Energy and Information-Communication Technologies & Infrastructure as priority spheres, and also concerning common answer on challenges of actual War and Global Food, Energy, Safety & Environmental crisis.

Therefore, initiating by Ukraine real common projects with EU countries of 3SI and with its Strategic Partners, simultaneously with definition of appropriate manner for Ukrainian participation in this Macroregional Structure, will in the same way answer most actual aims of today’s unbreakability of Ukraine and its rebuilding, using EU and “Marshal’s Plan” facilities for advancement from candidate status to full membership both in the EU and in NATO (including activation of collaboration with Romania and Republic of Moldova)  what was discussed on the recent events provided by the Ukrainian Prism
